Concordium (CCD) is a Layer-1 blockchain designed to embed trust, privacy, and regulatory compliance directly into its protocol. Founded in 2018 by Lars Seier Christensen, co-founder of Saxo Bank, it introduces the concept of Smart Money, programmable digital assets with identity and compliance controls built in at the protocol level.
