DoubleZero (2Z) is a high-performance networking protocol built to serve blockchain and distributed systems with low-latency, direct routing infrastructure. Unlike traditional internet pathways, it operates through a global network of independently contributed links optimized for speed, fairness, and reliability. Validators and node operators benefit from improved performance and more equitable participation across regions. The 2Z token powers access to the network's connectivity services, incentivizes resource contributors based on performance metrics, and can be staked to strengthen network security. DoubleZero is designed to complement existing blockchain ecosystems, including Solana, by improving the underlying communication layer.
