Hyperliquid (HYPE) is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain built specifically for decentralized finance applications. Unlike general-purpose chains, Hyperliquid is optimized from the ground up using a custom consensus algorithm called HyperBFT, enabling block latency under one second and support for 100,000 orders per second. All trades, orders, cancellations, and liquidations occur transparently on-chain.
