Rain (RAIN) is a decentralized options and prediction market protocol built on Arbitrum. It allows anyone to create and trade custom markets in a permissionless environment, with no restrictions on market creation. Public markets are resolved through Olympus AI's oracle agent, while private markets let creators serve as their own resolvers. The protocol supports secondary trading and account abstraction for a smoother user experience. RAIN follows a deflationary token model, allocating 2.5% of trading volume to buy and burn the token. Protocol governance is managed by token holders through a decentralized autonomous organization.
