USDai (USDAI) is a yield-bearing synthetic dollar built on the Arbitrum network. Unlike traditional stablecoins, it is backed by loans secured against AI hardware, compute resources, and DePIN assets, targeting a 15 to 25 percent annual yield that functions similarly to a high-yield bond index tied to productive infrastructure. Arbitrage mechanisms help maintain its dollar peg. USDai bridges the financing gap for AI and decentralized physical infrastructure projects, enabling DePIN networks to scale using debt-driven growth while giving holders exposure to real-world, income-generating hardware assets through a familiar stablecoin format.
