About Wanchain

Wanchain (WAN) is a cross-chain blockchain platform designed to connect and enable value transfers between different blockchain networks. What sets it apart is its use of secure multi-party computation and a Locked Account Generation Scheme based on Shamir's Secret Sharing, allowing interoperability across public, private, and consortium chains without requiring custom validators. Wanchain supports smart contracts, privacy protection for token exchanges, and decentralized financial services including lending, asset exchange, and settlements. Founded by Jack Lu and backed by the Singapore-based Wanchain Foundation, it aims to serve as a distributed infrastructure layer for digital asset finance.
