About Rocket Pool

Rocket Pool (RPL) is a decentralized liquid staking protocol built on Ethereum. It allows users to stake as little as 0.01 ETH in exchange for rETH, a liquid staking token representing their staked position. Unlike centralized alternatives, Rocket Pool operates as a fully non-custodial system where node operators need only 16 ETH to participate, lowering the typical barrier to entry. Operators earn both commission and RPL rewards, aligning incentives across the network. Having operated since 2016, Rocket Pool is one of the most established and permissionless staking infrastructures in the Ethereum ecosystem.
